Guest relations was very kind and knowledgeable in their job. Nice clean towels and the soap, shampoo and conditioner was fabulous! We were on the 5th floor so it was nice and quiet. The carpet is fraying and coming apart from the tiled area it needs to attention now rather than later. 🙃 The shower and bathroom area was very nice resort like. My husband was happy bc he won $100 at the craps table. I took showers each night so I was pretty disappointed. The bottom of the tub is dark colored from not being clean, the faucets to the jacuzzi had sticky fingerprints all over them the tub was not clean. The room is quite nice, however, if you are booking this suite to also enjoy a nice bubble bath, don’t. My husband decided on an impromptu trip to go to the Cheney Doorly Zoo! It’s a definite must see! We chose the casino hotel bc my husband loves to play craps and I love bubble baths so we booked Ameristars King jacuzzi suite for two nights.
